TRANSFORMATION’S POLICY

If you have brought a voucher through a third party. Please be advised you can not buy through this third party again. As you are an existing client, these certain vouchers are for new clients only. We offer vouchers and packages through the salon directly. Also these vouchers/offers have an expiry date (1 year from purchase) unless you have told us of some medical issue , we can put them on hold. If you haven’t they will expire. 

Our Cancellation Policy


All appointments are made in good faith, but please understand that if you forget or cancel your appointment without giving us enough notice, we miss the chance to fill that appointment and our other clients miss the opportunity to enjoy our treatments.
We are human, and realise some things are beyond your control, but please remember that we are all self employed and a missed appointment costs us money in room rental and lost income too.
So, if you do need to rearrange your schedule, we will do our best to accommodate you, but we do ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment time will be charged at 50% of the total appointment cost if we cannot fill the appointment space.
Missed appointments will be charged at 100% of the total appointment cost.

Our Late Policy 

If the you are more than 15 minutes late for any appointment the therapist does have the right to refuse to carry out the treatment if they think a shortened treatment would not be beneficial or would compromise the integrity of their skills.
We would rather be able to offer you something within the time remaining, but please be aware that the full treatment price will still be payable.


Package/ offer policy 


Most of our clients are on special offers and deals so please don’t haggle down the price further as we are a small business. These are non-refundable packages so please commit to the offer.
